This afternoon at St Nicholas the opportunity arose for people to go up the tower, learning about the history on the way and seeing our amazing churchyard and community garden, as well as the surrounding countryside.

Nine tours to the top enabled small groups to appreciate what a wonderful area we live in. In addition, cream teas were on offer and craft activities. St Nicholas did not let the fact painters were hard at work in church stop them from an afternoon outside enjoyed by people. A chance to sit and chat was too good to miss.
