The 'St Nicholas Puzzle' presentation took place this evening. Karen Nichols described the history of how she and her team eventually secured National Lottery Heritage Funding of £248K to save the church building.

She also outlined the plan that was developed for the many heritage activities and the community garden that formed part of the successful bid. The commitment to meeting the expected outcomes required by the Heritage Fund was clear for all to see.

A good turnout enjoyed Karen's presentation and a video recounting the last six months of restoration work. Andrea organised a mouth-watering cheese, wine and nibbles buffet using the newly completed servery in the church.
