Friday evening saw our first Santa Trail. People, fortified with mulled wine and mince pies, braved the cold to see the Christmas trees in the marquee and to walk around the village.

On Saturday, we had a Santa Dash in the playing fields with a small number taking up the challenge. A Christmas market in the afternoon brought people together for a cup of tea and a chat and was followed by our second Santa Trail in the evening. On Sunday we had a Carol Service with our new children’s choir. A full and very rewarding weekend was enjoyed by everyone.
